  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused luggage or accessory in its original shipping box, ensuring all original hangtags and protective materials are included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
